1. About Us
MachineryInsider is an industrial machinery marketplace based in Pune, India, serving small and medium manufacturers across India with manufacturing, packing, automation, and material handling equipment.
2. Orders & Quotes
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise. For high-value or customised machines, we may require advance payment of 30–50%. A formal quote remains valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Order confirmation depends on stock availability — we reserve the right to cancel and refund if stock is unavailable.
3. Pricing & Payment
We accept payment via Cash on Delivery (for orders below ₹50,000), Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), and Cheque/Demand Draft (for corporate buyers with PO). GST-compliant invoices are issued for every order to enable Input Tax Credit.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India via certified logistics partners. Standard shipping is ₹1,500 per order; free shipping on orders above ₹1,00,000. Delivery timelines range from 3 to 21 working days depending on machine size, destination pin code, and customisation. Local pickup from our Pune warehouse is available at no cost.
5. Warranty
All machines carry a standard 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, voltage fluctuations, or unauthorised repairs. Extended AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) is available from ₹500/month.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the industrial and customised nature of machinery, returns are accepted only in cases of: manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery; incorrect product shipped; or non-delivery. Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method. Used or installed machines cannot be returned.
7. Installation & Support
Installation support is available either remotely (free on WhatsApp/video call) or on-site (charges apply, quoted separately). Technical support is available Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm IST.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, images, product descriptions, and branding on this website are the property of MachineryInsider. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
MachineryInsider’s liability is limited to the value of the machine purchased. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or production downtime arising from machine usage.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
