Ordering & Pricing
Do prices include GST?
Yes. All prices shown are inclusive of 18% GST. You will receive a GST-compliant invoice with every order, which can be used for Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims.
Can I get a discount on bulk orders?
Absolutely. For orders of 3+ units of the same machine, or for orders above ₹5 lakh, contact us on WhatsApp for tailored bulk pricing.
Can I see the machine before buying?
Yes — for orders above ₹2 lakh, you’re welcome to visit our Pune warehouse to inspect machines in person. Book a slot via WhatsApp.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (under ₹50,000), Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS), and Cheque/Demand Draft for corporate buyers. Card payments and UPI will be enabled soon.
Do you offer EMI?
We’re working on partnerships with leading NBFCs to offer EMI on machines above ₹1 lakh. In the meantime, ask us about deferred-payment options for repeat buyers.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
3–21 working days, depending on machine size, customisation requirements, and destination pin code. We share the courier tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch.
Do you deliver outside India?
Currently, we ship only within India. International orders are case-by-case — contact us with your specific requirement.
After-Sales Support
Is installation included?
Remote installation support (over WhatsApp video) is free for every machine. On-site installation is available for an additional fee, quoted separately based on location and complexity.
What if my machine breaks down?
Every machine comes with a 12-month warranty. For breakdowns during warranty, contact us on WhatsApp — we’ll dispatch spares or arrange a service technician. Out-of-warranty repair is available via AMC starting at ₹500/month.
Do you stock spare parts?
Yes — we maintain a spare parts inventory in Pune for 5+ years after every machine sale. Critical components are typically shipped within 48 hours of order.
